A hot Thanksgiving

We had such a fun Thanksgiving. We were so lucky to get to go to Arizona and visit Mike and Julie and their family for the first time since they moved. We were gone for about 10 days. We flew with grandma and grandpa Palmer. It was the boys first time flying and they both did so good. They loved it. When we were up in the sky Mason asked where the door was so he could jump out and fly! That child has no fear.
This is out of order, but on our way home was a nighmare. We drove 3 hours to the airport from Mikes house and found out our flight was canceled. So we stayed at the airport all day and waited for a flight to Vegas, and then home. We were in Phoenix waiting for 6 hours, then we flew to Vegas and waited for almost 2 hours. I have never been so happy to be in Salt Lake at 11:00 at night. The boys were so good for the day we had. This is them waiving to the pilots in the plane. Mason was so happy when the pilots saw them and waived back:)

Josh turned 12 and recieved the Priesthood while we were there. It worked out great! Here are all the kids (except Scotts)

All the guys took the kids on a hike and they had so much fun. They caught a huge trantula and put it in a bottle so we could look at it and it was the sickest thing ever. It was huge and fuzzy and had the biggest fangs ever. We looked it up online and it was called a desert trantula. Next to explaining about it said, Do not touch, do not get near, very dangerous and poisonous. They jump and you don't want to get near them. Yah, and here they are playing with it and getting it into the bottle:) That is all I could think about at night going to bed!

Here we are on the airplane. Mason wouldn't look for the picture, he was to into his Deigo book that we got him. I'm so glad the boys were so good and so much fun. I'm so glad we were able to come and visit and spend Thanksgiving with all the Fam. It was fun to have some nice warm weather to:)

Brothers...

With Thanksgiving coming up so soon, I just want to say how thankful I am for everything that I have. The other day I was reading Carrie's blog and it made me so happy. She just had some great thoughts about life and being thankful for everything that you have. I am so thankful for my boys. I am so glad that they are such good buddies.
They like to do everything together, and always be together. Landon just thinks that he is as big as Mason and should get to do everything that Mason does.

Even though sometimes Mason knows how to get to Landon, they still are the best of buds. I am so greatful for Darin and for my boys. I don't know what I would do without the three of them:) (4 if you include our Taz:)

Halloween fun!

We had such a fun Halloween. We had so much going on last week it was a little crazy. We had a fun trick or treating day at daddy's work. It was so much fun. I dressed the kids up and took them to Darin's and they went around trick or treating to all the workers there. Everyone had there families come and we ate yummy donuts and chocolate milk. They had a cute little spook ally set up that Tracy did a great job setting it up! Thanks for the fun.
Then we were able to go to the pumpkin patch and see the pumpkin head man. It was a cold day, but still a lot of fun. The kids were able to pick out a pumpkin and teacher Mysti brought us yummy treats! Thanks for all you do teacher Mysti, the kids love you! (and so do the parents)

I had a fun night on Halloween. I was the stay puft marshmellow man. My mom is so creative and made this costume and it was so fun. It was about 110 degress in it, but still fun. Amie, Me, Melissa and Cami went around and did a little trick or treating ourselves:) It was a fun night. All the kids wanted to come and we said it was for mommies only:)

Then we had a fun little family home evening doing some pumpkin carving. Mason didn't know what to think of inside the pumpkin with all the seeds:) Sorry I didn't show the finishing pumpkin. It was a fun night showing Mason how to be a pro. pumpkin carver!

This is Mason at another halloween party. Really I don't know how many we went to it was just all so much fun. A few of us mommies got together and had the kids play some games and have some fun showing off the costumes. The kids had a good time, and it was fun to see my friends, mostly from high school and then others that I have met along the way: I guess you would say? We had a fun time though and I know the kids did to.

Happy Birthday Landon

Happy Birthday Baby Landon! I can't believe that my little baby is 1 today. I am so grateful for your fun little personality and the happiness that you bring to our family. Today is such a special day for you and I hope you know how special you are to us. It is crazy to think back 1 year ago from today, I am so happy that you are here and in our family. Last night we had a fun birthday party and Landon got spoiled with lots of clothes and fun toys. Rhett and Shanny gave him a buzz lightyear and Mason love it:) It's a good thing for buzz because Mason kept asking "When do I get a birthday?" This pic was my 2 boys in the hospital. Mason came to visit and couldn't stop loving and kissing his baby brother.
This picture is so funny. Landon is only 1 week old, and just hanging out! I love to look back on baby pictures and see how much and how fast my babies change. Happy Birthday Landon, I hope you have a great day! Love, Daddy, Mommy, and Mason:)

Month of Birthdays

October is a buisy month for my family with lots and lots of birthdays. Yesterday was Kade's birthday. Happy Birthday Buddy! We had so much fun celebrating with him. We went to toads in Harrisville. They had so many fun things for the kids to do. Mason didn't know what to do with himself there was so much to do. They had go carts, a fun arcade, a rock wall, lazer tag, and all kinds of fun things for the little kids. Then it is Makhai's birthday on the 5th and she will be a big 3 years old. Landon's birthday is in 1 week and I just can't believe that my baby will be 1. I know I say this all the time, but it really does seem like I just had him. My mom's is after Landon's. Infact my due date was on my mom's birthday:) That would have been fun, but I just couldn't wait that long! So I just want to wish all of you a very Happy Birthday in my family. It is a fun month to celebrate and I can't wait till we have our big family party, it will be so fun.
